When making pizza at home, a quality pizza peel is an invaluable tool. The ThermiChef pizza peel has a tapered edge, so you can place and remove pizzas with ease. The is peel is also great for removing sourdough. Our peel is very light weight and features a hole on the handle for easing hanging storage.
Each peel is roughly 12" wide and 22" long. Handle and center of peel are 1/2" thick with peel tapering to roughly 1/8" thick.
