Evan – President
As President, Evan oversees company operations, financial health, and long-term strategy—working closely with banks on credit lines, loans, and leases, while constantly seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency.
His journey toward better health began in 1999, leading to a complete overhaul of his diet in 2014. That shift inspired a passion for clean cooking - right down to the cookware. Evan replaced all non-stick pans in his home with steel, stainless steel, and cast iron, and quickly noticed a difference not just in health, but in taste.
Jordan – Customer & Operations Support
Jordan joined CookingSteels to help bring her husband Evan’s vision of healthier, toxin-free cookware to life. She’s hands-on in prepping and packaging each steel, making sure every product meets their high standards.
She also manages customer service, ensuring a smooth experience from order to delivery.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys hiking, dirt biking, and camping with Evan and their daughter.
Todd – VP of Sales & Marketing
Todd Fox leads Sales and Marketing at Cooking Steels, driving brand strategy, e-commerce growth, and customer experience. With a background in senior sales roles across manufacturing, he ensures every steel ships with the clarity, service, and reliability home cooks deserve.
Known for his clear communication and customer-first mindset, Todd blends his professional expertise with a personal love for outdoor cooking and artisan baking. Outside of work, he enjoys smoking meats, testing new recipes, and spending time with his wife and two teenagers—always focused on quality, whether it’s at the dinner table or in business.
Chris – Operations Manager
Chris keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From ensuring orders go out on time to keeping inventory stocked and production on track, he makes sure the day-to-day operations never miss a beat. With over 20 years of warehouse experience, Chris brings a problem-solving mindset and deep industry knowledge to every challenge.
Outside of work, you’ll find him with his family, proudly cheering on his kids from the sidelines at their sports games.
Sofia – Marketing and Sales Assistant
Sofia ensures every customer has a smooth and satisfying experience, from pre-order questions to post-bake feedback. With a background in marketing, she’s always the first to test new offers, trends, and features hitting the market.
When she’s not supporting customers and the team, she enjoys quality time with her family and friends. She loves being part of the Cooking Steel team because, in her words, “If you want your husband to cook, you have to give him the right tools.”
Nate – Warehouse Associate
Nate is a Minneapolis native and a key part of our warehouse team. With a sharp eye for detail, he helps ensure every Cooking Steel is packed and shipped with care.
Since joining the team, Nate has developed a passion for high-quality, home cooking tools — and the satisfaction of helping others bake better bread. Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors with his two boys, whether it’s camping, kayaking, or playing sports.
Jake – Warehouse Associate
Jake was born and raised in Minnesota and brings a strong work ethic and team spirit to our warehouse operations. With a background in fitness and a passion for hands-on work, he ensures every Cooking Steel is handled with precision and care.
An outdoor enthusiast at heart, Jake enjoys spending time in nature, hunting, fishing, and staying active through powerlifting. He’s a certified Fitness Specialist and brings the same strength and discipline to his work that he does to his workouts.
