30-Day Easy Returns

  • Return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping).

  • Just contact us with your order number — we’ll send simple return instructions.

Opened or Used Items

  • We accept returns on opened/used items within 30 days.

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging.

Exchanges Made Simple

  • Need a different size or style? Send your original item back within 30 days.

  • You’ll just cover return shipping and any price difference — we ship the new one as soon as we receive the original.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

  • That’s on us. We cover 100% of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Shipping Speeds & Costs

  • Flat rate shipping across the lower 48 — delivered by the fastest, most cost-effective carrier.

  • Most orders go via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail (depending on size & location).

  • Some single-item orders may qualify for complimentary FedEx 2-Day.

  • Freight orders may require liftgate or special-access delivery; any extra fees will be quoted in advance.

Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Tracking

  • You’ll get a tracking email automatically once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Didn’t get it? Contact us and we’ll resend it right away.

Address Accuracy

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we can reship it once additional postage is paid.

  • If it’s our mistake or the carrier’s, we’ll cover all costs.
